How do I customize my child's letter?
Click the tab that says "Create your letter from Santa" & you will be asked a series of questions about your child.
Does each child get their own call?
Yes! When you register more than one child, each child will have their own 5 minute call consecutively with Santa.
Can my children talk to Santa at the same time?
Absolutely! We would prefer that each child have a one-on-one call with him, but if they prefer to come on together, than we can accomodate that. Just let us know in advance!
How do I get my link for the call?
You should receieve a notification with your call link after your payment is complete. If you don't, please let us know immediately at info@groovekidz.com.
What if I can't make my call time?
Please let us know if you can't make your call atleast 24 hours in advance and we will do our best to fit you in another time slot.
Does my child get a letter between December 18-December 24?
No, there will be no customized letters between that time. Only virtual calls will occur.
How long will it take for my child to receive their letter?
We estimate your child should receive their letter within 2-3 days of ordering, but we know as it gets closer to the holidays it could take up to 1 week. We greatly appreciate your patience!
My child no longer wants to talk to Santa, can i get a refund?
Our Santa is a trained professional who loves to talk to children, so mom/dad/guardian, please feel free to sit on the call with your child to help assist with their conversation. There will be NO REFUNDS after purchase.
What is your refund policy?
There will be NO REFUNDS given after purchase, we can offer a credit though for another time or season.
Is there a sibling discount?
No, the cost is $19.99 per child as they will each get their own letter and personalized live call.
